About Shipping Services in Shopify <> Peoplevox
Descartes® Marketplace Connector™ will grab all the Shipping Services in Peoplevox and display them on the configuration screen. If a Shopify account is connected to Descartes Marketplace Connector, that integration should already have populated the Marketplace Connector Shipping Services dropdown.
If needed, additional services can be created manually, but this could lead to misinformation. It is recommended that your Shipping Services are auto generated through store integration. Any missing information in Peoplevox is likely due to an unmapped field in Peoplevox or Descartes Marketplace Connector.
Someone with access to Peoplevox Tools should trigger the stock push to update Descartes Marketplace Connector's inventory to match the numbers in Peoplevox.
